Job summary

Alcami is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure reliability, compliance, and operational readiness of production lines and facility equipment in our pharmaceutical packaging operations. You will oversee line setups, changeovers, and production interruptions, coordinating with technical teams to minimize downtime while adhering to cGMP standards.

You will lead and develop Maintenance Mechanics, ensuring safe, scheduled, timely maintenance, and manage capital equipment and facility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• At least one year of experience in a Pharmaceutical cGMP Manufacturing setting is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or consumer healthcare packaging.
• May be new to supervising staff but should have some experience managing projects and/or taking lead roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute production line setup activities to ensure equipment readiness and compliance with pharmaceutical packaging requirements.
• Manage batch and product changeovers efficiently to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and cGMP standards.
• Coordinate response efforts during production interruptions, including engaging technical resources and reallocating personnel to restore operations quickly.
• Ensure all production, packaging, and facility equipment operates safely, reliably, and with minimal unplanned downtime.
