Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least three years of experience in the pharmaceutical cGMP environment.
• Technical certificate, vocational training, military technical training, or associate degree preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with mechanical troubleshooting.
• OSHA safety training and LOTO training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance & Preventive Care: Maintain electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment; perform routine inspections; troubleshoot issues; support safety and cGMP compliance.
• Equipment Installation & Technical Support: Install electrical connections and utility lines; coordinate with Operations/Engineering; ensure codes and safety requirements are met.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Source and coordinate external vendors; monitor work; maintain vendor records and performance metrics; track costs.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain maintenance records; prepare reports; update schematics; document work activities using computerized systems.
