Job summary

General Manager at FPC National oversees a pharmaceutical-grade logistics facility in Mount Comfort, IN. You’ll drive cGMP/GDP compliance, safety, and quality while ensuring on-time, accurate distribution, cold-chain integrity, and profitability.

You will lead warehouse operations, QA, receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and client services, while developing staff and enforcing rigorous documentation and audit readiness across multiple clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., supply chain, life sciences, engineering).
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in highly regulated supply chain environments.
• 5+ years in a cGMP/GDP-regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences environment.
• Experience managing cold-chain operations, quality systems, regulatory audits.
• Experience managing P&L, labor cost optimization, CapEx projects, inventory.
• Other regulatory certifications as required by authorities.
