Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of paralegal or legal operations experience in pharma or life sciences.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Attention to detail and comfort with contract language and compliance data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and administration of the CLM system and templates.
• Manage contract intake, routing, execution tracking, and renewals.
• Support compliance tracking, disclosures, and licensing activities.
• Assist with litigation holds and discovery materials as needed.
