Job summary

Exela Pharma Sciences LLC is seeking a detail-oriented paralegal to support our Quality Assurance team in regulatory compliance, contract management, and documentation. You will draft, review, and maintain vendor files, ensure accuracy, and help drive timely FDA-related activities.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of paralegal experience, strong organization, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a paralegal.
• Experience in a compliance-driven industry is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with assertiveness.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining Vendor Qualification documents, Quality Agreements, and Audit Reports.
• Support the legal team to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other pharmaceutical standards.
• Maintain and organize FDA compliance documents and records with proper filing and retention policies.
• Prepare task lists and execution timelines for Regulatory Compliance activities and enforce adherence to timelines.
• Execute tasks in a disciplined, time-conscious manner to improve daily efficiency.
