Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited program.
• 5+ years of experience in a paralegal, contracts, or related role.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including intake, tracking, drafting support, review coordination, execution, and archival of agreements.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate assigned high volume agreements (e.g., NDAs, employment agreements, separation agreements, healthcare professional agreements, vendor agreements, and statements of work).
• Manage communications with internal stakeholders and counterparties throughout the contracting process and escalate non-standard terms to the attorney.
• Serve as the primary Legal contact for contract administration requests, including retrieving agreements.
• Prepare first drafts and revisions of amendments, termination notices, assignment documents, and other routine contract documents.
• Maintain contract records in contract management systems and shared repositories.
• Prepare contract summaries for attorneys and internal stakeholders responsible for implementing material contractual requirements.
• Assist attorneys with legal research, document review, and preparation of supporting materials.
