CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrician to maintain and repair electrical and mechanical systems within highly regulated pharmaceutical environments. You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and calibrations to ensure system reliability and safety.

This first-shift, Monday-to-Friday role focuses on laboratories, storage facilities, and pilot plants, supporting critical operations and ensuring continuous uptime in a controlled setting.

Competenze

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade diploma with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship program preferred.
• Valid Driver's license required.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply judgment.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide.

Mansioni

• Oversee electrical and lighting systems' operation, repair, and maintenance. Perform new installations of equipment.
• Check, repair, and replace functional components of electrical and lighting systems (valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, pipes).
• Assure that equipment is being maintained and operating in a safe manner.
• Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Operate electrical test equipment (volt/ohm meters, amp probes, power analyzers, insulation testers) and document results.
• Maintain and repair electrical and electronic controls on complex systems including HVAC equipment and process equipment.
• Complete all regulatory training prior to conducting work; perform work per GMP/GLP and environmental regulations; document maintenance activities; manage ITP for compliance.
