Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional to support a pharmaceutical client in Lebanon, IN. You will monitor, repair, and maintain building systems, ensuring safety, reliability, and uptime on a demanding 12-hour night schedule.

You will handle mechanical, electrical, and utility systems, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to support critical production and research activities in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
Valid driver's license required.
Meet the physical requirements (lift 50 lbs, stairs, ladders).
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset and basic math ability.

Responsibilities

Perform on-time, safe maintenance for fume hoods, pumps, reactors, rigging and mechanical equipment; include basic HVAC and carpentry tasks.
Apply predictive maintenance to identify degradation and improve uptime.
Fabricate custom parts from drawings or concepts for lab equipment repairs.
Ensure safety and compliance with local regulations and company procedures.
Comply with codes, regulations, and site safety directives.
