Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional to support a leading pharmaceutical client in Lebanon, IN.

This hands-on role covers mechanical, electrical, and utility infrastructure with a 12-hour 3-2-2-3 shift pattern, ensuring reliable, safe, and compliant operations in a highly regulated environment. You will monitor, maintain, and repair building systems, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to maximize uptime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Be able to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Sophisticated math skills for percentages, fractions and related calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-time, safe completion of fume hood maintenance, pump repairs, reactor maintenance, rigging tasks, and general mechanical upkeep.
• Apply predictive maintenance practices to identify degradation, analyze trends, and ensure reliability of systems.
• Fabricate custom parts from drawings or concepts to support repairs and modifications.
• Ensure all tasks comply with local regulations, site requirements and safety procedures.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations and safety.
