Job summary

ZS is a management consulting and technology firm that helps life sciences clients transform ideas into impact. We seek a Consultant to implement ELN, LIMS, and digital laboratory platforms within pharmaceutical CMC organizations.

You will lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment while collaborating with scientists, IT, QA, and vendors. Travel is expected, and a hybrid work model is supported.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands‑on experience implementing ELN, LIMS, or other informatics platforms.
• Experience linking lab platforms with CMC systems and data ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead ELN, LIMS, and digital lab implementation workstreams.
• Translate CMC requirements into system configurations and workflows.
• Assess lab processes, data flows, and integration needs.
• Design connections between ELN/LIMS and instruments, SDMS, CDS, ERP, MES, PLM, data platforms, and analytics tools.
• Ensure solutions support development, manufacturing, and quality activities.
• Support platform selection, configuration, testing, validation, deployment, and optimization.
• Lead workshops with scientists, IT, QA, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop data standards, governance, and integration requirements.
• Lead change-management activities and stakeholder engagement.
