Job summary

Wedgewood Pharmacy in Albany, Ohio is seeking an Inventory/Materials Coordinator to maintain inventory levels, stock production areas, and process incoming raw materials. You will manage materials in the ERP system, perform annual physical inventories, and support production with timely material handling, ensuring high quality outsourced pharmaceuticals.

The role requires 1+ year experience in pharma, HS diploma, and knowledge of cGMP.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• APICs / CPIM certification strongly desired.
• Knowledge of cGMP guidelines/standards required.
• Demonstrated written and oral communications skills.
• Ability to manage time and adhere to time frames.
• Detail and accuracy oriented.
• Computer abilities including data managing and shipping software.
• Comfortable wearing PPE to enter cleanrooms and transfer materials.

Responsibilities

• Incoming materials processing and inventory management; devises policies and procedures in inventory control.
• Material handling within the department; moving product and components and waste as required.
• Manages cycle counting of physical materials and ensures stock level accuracy.
• Maintains material data in ERP system and manages receipt of inventory via software transactions.
• Reconciles inventory losses, investigates shortages and discrepancies, and performs KPI assessments.
• Processes rejected materials and records information as needed.
• Responsible for stock issuance and returns for production activities.
• Notifies the Quality Department when cGMP shipments arrive.
• Leads efforts to sanitize materials into the controlled area.
• Supports picking, packing and shipping within Warehouse as needed.
