Job summary

Walgreens in Whitehall, Ohio is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to help manage both front-end and pharmacy inventory. You will execute, monitor, and train on best practices, assist with ordering, returns, pricing, and ensure planograms are accurately applied.

You will participate in receiving, counting, stock counts, and vendor communications, maintaining accurate on-hand levels while delivering a positive customer experience and supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens (internal candidates) or one year of prior retail work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and SOPs for the store, covering front end and pharmacy.
• Review and coordinate use of reports and systems affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Perform front end and pharmacy asset protection tasks and process vendor overages, shortages, and returns.
