Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse/inventory control preferred.
• Pharmaceutical or regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with inventory systems/ERP preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to read documentation and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and verify quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates, and documentation.
• Enter and maintain inventory transactions in the inventory management system.
• Conduct cycle counts and participate in scheduled physical inventories.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies by reviewing system transactions and paperwork.
• Verify material location and storage conditions.
• Perform transfers between warehouse locations and production areas.
• Pick, stage, and issue materials per production schedules and procedures.
• Monitor inventory for damaged, expired, or restricted items and segregate appropriately.
• Maintain inventory logs, receiving records, and related documentation.
• Assist with investigations of deviations and communicate findings to supervision.
• Support GMP, safety, and company procedures and maintain organized warehouse.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment as trained.
