Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years’ experience in a warehouse with emphasis on inventory control and cycle counts.
• Familiarity with WMS and ERP communications is essential.
• Analytical, detail oriented and self-motivated with good reporting skills.
• Ability to interpret varied instructions and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular inventory status updates to the Inventory Manager.
• Assist in reconciling Inventory Cycle Counts and troubled Sub Inventories.
• Collaborate with Finance to monitor inventory discrepancies and issues.
• Address and correct discrepancies from physical counts with Analysts and specialists.
• Review order rejects and duplicates to ensure positive customer experience.
• Work with IT to identify and fix WMS/ERP system issues.
