Job summary

House of Cheatham, LLC is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain data for raw materials and packaging components, manage vendor lists and expiry tracking, and ensure materials are available, compliant, and not expired.

The role partners with Procurement, R&D, and QA, conducts annual audits, performs cycle counts, and maintains documentation in GMP-compliant systems, with strong Excel and WMS skills required. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for much of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data for raw materials and packaging components, and track expirations.
• Partner with Procurement and R&D to manage approved vendor lists.
• Audit raw material inventories and support cycle counts and disposition.
• Keep accurate documentation and ensure materials meet specifications.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and other departments to resolve discrepancies.
