Job summary

TempAid, a premier global innovator in temperature-controlled packaging solutions, is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist who becomes the first contact pharmaceutical companies hear when they need packaging. You'll be the voice helping them ship a new cancer therapy or vaccines.

Day to day you’ll research pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and distributors, call decision-makers, and set up meetings for our outside sales team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales experience.
• Experience with consultative sales techniques.
• Strong communication skills and professional phone presence.
• Reliable internet connection for remote work and MS Teams.
• Nice-to-haves: experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation & prospecting: make 80+ calls per day to pharma companies, CROs, and healthcare facilities.
• Appointment setting & sales support: set up 3–5 qualified appointments per week and manage leads in the CRM.
• Learning & development: participate in inside sales training and help develop the CRM database.
