Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a driven sales professional in Fort Lauderdale, FL to develop new business with pharmacies nationwide.

The role offers uncapped commissions, monthly incentives, and strong earning potential based on performance and leadership in account growth. You will leverage a sales mindset to build relationships, conduct telesales, and close deals, with 1+ year of sales experience preferred and a background in pharmaceutical sales advantageous.

Qualifications

• Persistent, enthusiastic, and assertive sales mindset, focused on developing new business and maximizing opportunities to achieve sales results.
• Strong relationship building skills & a determination to achieve goals.
• Skilled in verbal and written communication for telesales, to build rapport, addressing customer needs, and exceeding sales targets.
• Motivation by uncapped commission + bonuses.
• 1+ year(s) Sales experience preferred.
• Telesales experience a plus.
• Pharmaceutical Sales experience a plus.
• Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing new sales areas, through outbound & inbound calls, referrals, and emails to Pharmacies nationwide.
• Drive revenue growth, account penetration, and satisfaction by cultivating high-value client relationships.
• Achieve new account acquisition, account expansion, and account retention, while facilitating Customer orders and requests.
• Increase revenue growth through strategic account retention and proactive relationship management.
• Executing new business opportunities on behalf of the Company.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and customer objectives, while negotiating and collaborating with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
