Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event management, preferably in the life sciences or healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of HCP compliance regulations and aggregate spend reporting.
• Proficiency in event management platforms (e.g., Cvent).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and financial management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all events comply with HCP regulations and client-specific compliance guidelines.
• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of meetings and events.
• Oversee program financials including forecasting, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support special projects as assigned.
