Job summary

Fingerpaint Marketing in New Jersey is seeking a Group Account Supervisor to drive marketing strategy across segments and oversee mid- to large-scale client relationships, while managing workload and profitability of the assigned business.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 4–7 years of pharmaceutical advertising agency experience, and the ability to travel locally to clients in NJ and periodically to the NJ office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–7 years in pharmaceutical advertising agency experience.
• Active client service management with direct client exposure.
• Experience guiding a brand through its lifecycle from POA to launch.

Responsibilities

• Oversee account teams to drive projects from brief to deployment and ensure final output quality.
• Provide strategic direction and approvals at major steps of the creative process.
• Oversee contract development, scope of work, and staffing plans with project management and clients.
• Manage brand profitability by reviewing financial reports and ensuring projects stay within budget and revenue targets.
• Guide the account using deep knowledge of brands and therapeutic areas.
• Participate in agency and client strategic sessions and produce outputs for the broader team.
• Supervise junior staff.
