• 4–5 years of pharmaceutical advertising agency experience.
• Active client service management, direct interaction with clients and project execution.
• Proven track record guiding a brand through full lifecycle (POA, launch, repositioning).

Responsibilities

• Oversee account team from brief to deployment and ensure quality control.
• Develop contracts, scope of work, and staffing plans with PM and clients.
• Provide strategic direction at key creative milestones.
• Monitor brand profitability and budget compliance, maximizing revenue.
• Lead client discussions and collaborate to turn ideas into action.
