Job summary

Aurolife, part of Acrotech Biopharma Inc., is seeking a Granulation & Blending Operator II to ensure equipment is clean, set up correctly, and in-process materials are monitored according to production batch records.

Responsibilities include cleaning and disassembling equipment, setting up according to SOPs, maintaining equipment, recording measurements, and ensuring paperwork is complete and accurate throughout production. GMP compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Understanding of cGMP and safety criteria.

Responsibilities

• Clean and/or disassemble equipment after product run per SOP.
• Clean manufacturing room after product run per SOP.
• Set up equipment per SOP and production batch record specifications.
• Maintain equipment in good working order and report wear or malfunctions.
• Record all set up, cleaning, and in-process measurements in batch records.
• Keep equipment and production area clean during operation.
• Ensure paperwork is complete and accurate throughout production.
