Job summary

Aurolife in New Jersey seeks a Granulation & Blending Operator II to ensure equipment such as Mechanical Sifter, Granulator, Fluid Bed Dryer, Fitz Mill and blenders are cleaned and set up per SOP. You will perform visual and physical checks on in-process and finished materials per Production Batch Record.

The role requires following written instructions precisely, basic math, and strict adherence to cGMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to follow written instructions precisely and perform basic math calculations.
• Understanding of cGMP, safety criteria, or the ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Clean and/or disassemble equipment after completion of product run per SOP.
• Clean manufacturing room after completion of product run per SOP.
• Set up equipment as per SOPs and Production Batch Record.
• Maintain equipment in good working order; report wear or malfunctions.
• Document setup and cleaning in the log book and other paperwork.
• Visually inspect equipment during run to verify normal and safe operation.
• Take in-process measurements during the product run and document them.
• Keep equipment and room clean during production.
• Ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate.
