Job summary

Corden Pharma is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a swing shift (2pm–10pm) with a 10% shift differential in addition to base pay. The role involves predictive, preventive, and corrective equipment maintenance for 24-hour pharmaceutical manufacturing.

It requires little supervision and offers growth toward senior technician roles. Responsibilities include following GMP and safety procedures, documenting work, and utilizing CMMS and related software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 4 years related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings.
• Knowledge of GMP and safety practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance as directed.
• Maintains safety and housekeeping; follows GMP and company policies.
• Documents work performed, failures observed, and causes identified.
• Learns maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment systems and components.
• Uses CMMS, email, and internet-based software to report and track activities.
• Progresses to Senior Mechanical Technician with experience.
