Job summary

CordenPharma in Boulder, CO seeks a Mechanical Tech II - Day Shift to perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for a 24-hour bulk pharmaceutical manufacturing operation. This role requires little supervision and includes rotating on-call support.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and 4 years of related experience; on-the-job training from senior technicians is provided. Growth toward Senior Mechanical Technician is available, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings.
• Comfort with GMP, EH&S and quality policies.

Responsibilities

• Performs predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance as directed and may train others.
• Documents work, observed damage, and failure causes accurately.
• Operates CMMS and related software; maintains housekeeping and safety.
• Learns and applies maintenance techniques from Senior/Master technicians and leads.
• Executes tasks with little supervision and participates in on-call rotation.
• Supports potential equipment installation and modifications.
