Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply mechanical drawings and technical information.
• Competence in documenting work and communicating technical details clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated adherence to GMP, safety policies and good housekeeping in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance as directed.
• Train and develop others in maintenance tasks as needed.
• Document work performed, observations, and causes of failure accurately.
• Use CMMS, email, and internet-based tools to manage work orders and records.
• Progress to Senior Mechanical Technician through demonstrated skill and responsibility.
