Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in medical device or regulated industry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Willing to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Must wear full-face respirator and work in a manufacturing environment.

Aufgaben

• Prepare molds and molding presses for production, including setup and conditioning.
• Perform mold changes and line clears as needed.
• Install, remove, and transport molds and equipment safely.
• Troubleshoot processes and adjust within available limits to meet quality targets.
• Monitor processes with software and optimize mold cleaning and changeover times.
• Assist engineering and maintenance, operate forklifts.
• Adhere to safety rules and sustain consistent attendance.
