Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Trade School or Associates preferred.
• 3 years of facilities maintenance experience, preferably in pharma/medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and utility systems.
• Document maintenance activities using CMMS and BMS.
• Coordinate with contractors for external work and upgrades.
• Support energy management and regulatory compliance programs.
