Job summary

Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, is hiring an Operations Supervisor for the Memphis Fulfillment team. You will lead fulfillment reps, technicians, and clerks to ensure timely and accurate medication shipments.

The role requires 3+ years of operations experience in relevant settings, 2+ years of leadership, and strong analytical skills with Excel and BI tools. Onsite hours are Mon-Fri with some weekend rotation for peak times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; BA/BS preferred.
• 3+ years operations experience in pharmacy, warehouse, distribution, production, manufacturing, or engineering.
• 2+ years leadership experience or strong coaching background.
• Proficiency with Excel; Power BI or SQL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve productivity performance standards across team.
• Plan and direct workflow and project assignments.
• Develop and monitor safety, quality, service and production standards.
• Assist leadership in prescription turnaround time and cost tracking.
• Address staff concerns and operational, system, and customer issues.
• Ensure adherence to employment policies and corporate values.
• Work hands-on on the production floor as needed.
• Identify and implement operational process improvements.
