Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager with 14+ years in strategic forecasting to lead global pharmaceutical forecasting engagements and guide senior client stakeholders. You will manage cross-functional teams, develop robust forecasts, and advance analytics, AI, and GenAI-enabled capabilities across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data science, applied mathematics, pharmaceutical sciences, business analytics, computer science, information systems, or another quantitative discipline, with relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with quantitative focus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale forecasting engagements across brands, franchises, and therapeutic areas.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Market Access, Business Development, and Portfolio Strategy.
• Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, portfolio forecasting, and lifecycle management activities.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market dynamics, epidemiology, and business assumptions.
• Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership and client decision-makers.
• Define forecasting approaches, methodologies, and best practices across engagements.
• Oversee development of patient-based, revenue-based, and analog-based forecasting models.
• Drive adoption of AI and machine learning techniques to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Champion automation initiatives utilizing Python, SQL, Power BI, and emerging tech.
