Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager with 14+ years in Strategic Forecasting to lead global forecasting engagements for pharmaceutical clients. You will advise senior stakeholders, drive long-range planning, and champion AI-enabled forecasting across multiple programs.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, ensure high-quality delivery, and contribute to EY’s Life Sciences practice growth while mentoring analysts and managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with relevant experience.
• 14+ years of experience in Strategic Forecasting.
• Deep expertise in pharmaceutical forecasting.
• Strong therapeutic area knowledge.
• Advanced stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in client delivery excellence, practice growth, thought leadership, and people development.
• Ability to develop innovative offerings leveraging AI and GenAI-enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale forecasting engagements for global pharmaceutical clients.
• Serve as strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, portfolio forecasting, and lifecycle management.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market dynamics and epidemiology.
• Present insights to executive leadership and client decision-makers.
• Champion automation and advanced analytics using Python, SQL, and Power BI.
