Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field or related discipline.
• 14+ years of experience in Strategic Forecasting.
• Deep expertise in pharmaceutical forecasting.
• Strong therapeutic area knowledge.
• Advanced stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in client delivery excellence, practice growth, and people development.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale forecasting engagements across brands, franchises, and therapeutic areas.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Drive long-range forecasting, scenario planning, portfolio forecasting, and lifecycle management.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market dynamics, epidemiology, and business assumptions.
• Ensure delivery of accurate, actionable forecasts aligned with client objectives.
• Present insights to executive leadership and client decision-makers.
• Define forecasting approaches, methodologies, and best practices across engagements.
• Oversee development of patient-based, revenue-based, and analog-based forecasting models.
• Drive adoption of AI and ML to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Champion automation using Python, SQL, Power BI, and emerging technologies.
• Lead development of forecasting assumptions, scenario analyses, and risk assessments.
• Contribute to EY's Life Sciences and Commercial Analytics practice growth.
