Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Pharma Forecasting Specialist to join our Pharma Customer practice. You will develop forecasts at global, regional, and country levels and present insights to senior leadership.

You will leverage Python and analytics tools to automate forecasting, build models, and drive continuous improvements while mentoring team members and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline.
• At least 10 years in pharmaceutical forecasting or related analytics.
• Strong TA expertise and ability to develop forecasting assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term brand forecasts.
• Forecast across brands, regions, and countries with insights.
• Apply quantitative methods and sensitivity analyses to forecasting.
• Build and validate forecasting models and automate processes with Python.
• Prepare concept notes, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Present findings to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Lead and mentor team members; support business development.
