Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned Pharma Forecasting Specialist to join our cross-functional team and deliver forecasts at global, regional, and country levels. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in pharmaceutical forecasting, deep TA expertise, and the ability to develop assumptions, create concept notes, and prepare impactful presentations.

Basic Python proficiency is required to support forecasting and analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharmaceutical forecasting, analytics, and business analysis.
• Strong TA expertise across oncology, vaccines, immunology, or rare diseases.
• Proven ability to build forecasting models and present to senior leaders.
• Basic Python proficiency to support forecasting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term brand forecasts for strategic planning.
• Forecast at franchise, regional, and country levels with actionable insights.
• Apply quantitative methods and sensitivity analyses to assess risks.
• Build and validate forecasting models and select appropriate assumptions.
• Analyze historical data and market drivers to improve accuracy.
• Create dashboards and presentations to communicate insights to leadership.
• Present findings to stakeholders and senior leadership to inform decisions.
• Use Python and analytics tools to automate forecasting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and adopt advanced forecasting methods.
