Job summary

EY seeks an experienced Pharma Forecasting Specialist to deliver forecasts at global, regional, and country levels. You will build models, develop assumptions, and present insights to senior leadership, using Python and analytics tools to automate processes.

The role focuses on growth in EY’s Pharma Customer practice, with opportunity to lead teams, develop thought leadership, and expand capabilities across geographies within a flexible hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical forecasting experience.
• Strong therapeutic area expertise and ability to develop assumptions and concept notes.
• Basic proficiency in Python to support forecasting and analytics.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term brand forecasts for strategic and operational planning.
• Conduct country-, regional-, and global-level forecasting with insights and recommendations.
• Apply quantitative methods and sensitivity analyses to forecast risks and opportunities.
• Build and validate forecasting models and communicate results clearly.
• Create dashboards and presentations to support decision-making.
• Leverage Python and analytics tools to automate forecasting processes.
