Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Pharma Forecasting Specialist to join our team. You will forecast across brands, regions, and countries, building models and dashboards to support strategic decisions. Proficiency in Python and analytics tools will enable automation and advanced forecasting capabilities.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement with senior leadership, and development of thought leadership within EY’s Pharma Customer practice.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field; strong TA expertise and forecasting know-how.
10+ years of pharmaceutical forecasting experience; experience across global, regional, and country levels.
Proficiency in forecasting and analytics tools including SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI; basic Python proficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain short‑ and long‑term brand forecasts for strategic and operational planning.
Forecast at brand, franchise, regional, and country levels with actionable insights.
Apply quantitative methods and sensitivity analyses to forecast challenges and opportunities.
