Smurfit Westrock Company in Michigan is seeking a Folder/Gluer operator to set up and run the folding and gluing line for pharmaceutical cartons, sleeves, and folders. You will load stock, perform make-ready, monitor quality, and maintain equipment in accordance with SOPs.

The role requires safe operation, good attendance, ability to read instructions, and willingness to work overtime as needed. Training and a comprehensive benefits program are provided.

Competenze

• Applicant should be able to read and interpret safety rules and operation manuals.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and checks.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Mansioni

• Locate and load proper stock for operation.
• Set up feeder, prefold, glue system, and stacker for production.
• Operate folder/gluer following customer specs and SOPs.
• Ensure quality and maintain machine and area per procedures.
• Support press operators at delivery and assist rewind area as needed.
• Operate folders in the insert area and perform other duties as assigned.
• Work safely and in accordance with company policies.
