Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions; write routine reports and correspondence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience on the Folder/Gluer and in the Folder/Gluer Apprentice pool.
• A pre-employment drug screening is required after conditional offer.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the Folder/Gluer machine and maintain production records.
• Ensure machine efficiency and timely order completion.
• Coordinate rake-off personnel and ensure accurate load tags and unitizing.
• Evaluate production quality and report concerns to supervision.
• Maintain inventory such as glue and adhere to preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and inform maintenance of machine problems.
• Work with supervisor to meet production schedule and maintain safety.
