Job summary

Ascendis Pharma is seeking a Finance Operations Associate based in Princeton to support invoices, expense management, POs, and corporate card processes. The role requires 1–3 years of accounting experience and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, with IFRS knowledge and strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate with multiple functions in a fast-growing biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• Experience with IFRS and revenue recognition.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with collaboration.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and mindful of deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across levels of management.
• Pharma/Biotech experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably D365.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Support expense management including auditing, accruals, and training the business.
• Support Expense Management mailboxes
• Support Purchase Order Process including creation, maintenance, and training
• Support Corporate Credit Card process including issuance, maintenance and error handling
