Job summary

Viona Pharmaceuticals Inc in New Jersey is seeking a senior finance professional to oversee accounting operations including A/R, A/P, chargebacks, rebates and inventory accounting. You will run daily and monthly reports to reconcile data across SAP, iContract and 3PL, ensuring compliance with SOPs.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in finance, 10 years US pharma experience, strong SAP skills and advanced Excel, with excellent analytical and communication abilities to drive process

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration.
10 years of experience in US pharma finance operations.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Manage accounting operations related to A/R, A/P, chargebacks, rebates and inventory accounting.
Run daily and monthly reports for submissions tracking and data reconciliation between iContract, SAP and 3PL.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions by following SOPs and processes.
Experience with general ledger and month/quarter/year end close processes.
Manage cash flow and payments.
Perform any other related job functions.
