Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Project Financial Analyst II to produce client reporting, manage financial data, and deliver insightful analysis for global management. You will support budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reviews, partnering with senior leaders to improve timeliness and accuracy of reporting.

The role requires pharma/CRO experience, advanced Excel, and the ability to handle confidential data across multiple projects.

Qualifications

2 years of financial relevant experience.
Must have Pharmaceutical or CRO experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Oracle Finance and accounting software.
Ability to utilize protocol and subject data to forecast visits across cohorts.
Attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and teamwork.
Excellent financial, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Produces and presents client reporting and facilitates financial discussions with stakeholders.
Prepares, interprets and analyzes financial data, metrics, and ad-hoc reports for global management.
Prepares reports such as budgets, cost rates, forecasts, utilization, headcount and gross profit.
Develops monthly financial reports and commentary for senior management.
Serves as a key contact for interpretation of financial results in the area.
Provides financial insights to growth trends and profitability in the area.
