Job summary

Syneos Health in Washington is seeking a Project Financial Analyst II to support the Unit's financial operations. You will record revenue for Unit, Fee for Service, and Fixed Price contracts, and load budgets into Oracle/Revenue Wizard, maintaining critical data for accurate reporting.

You will also prepare variance analyses, monthly forecasts of backlog, and assist in project close-out reconciliations while collaborating with the Unit Controller and attending project meetings to ensure timely,

Qualifications

• 4 Year / BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education and experience.
• Pharmaceutical or CRO experience preferred.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with accounting software packages.
• Experience with Oracle Finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Records revenue each month for Unit, Fee for Service and Fixed Price contracts.
• Loads project budgets into Oracle/Revenue Wizard and maintains key project data.
• Drafts monthly actual vs. budget/forecast variance analyses and monthly reports.
• Prepares monthly forecast of financial results (backlog).
• Assists in project close-out reconciliations and reviews Work Orders/Change Orders.
