Job summary

Guerbet is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance and utility teams, ensuring safety, quality, and cost effectiveness in manufacturing and facilities operations. This 2nd shift role focuses on planning, budgeting, and coordinating preventive and corrective work to support production with regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering or technical degree, 5+ years in regulated environments, and strong GMP/FDA/ISO knowledge, plus CMMS experience such as Maximo.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance in a regulated pharma/medical device environment.
• Strong GMP, FDA and ISO regulation knowledge.
• Experience with CMMS such as Maximo.
• Analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to maintenance and utility operators to maintain safety and morale.
• Improve production line and critical utilities performance via preventive maintenance and problem solving.
• Manage maintenance budgets and coordinate outages and planning.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance per plant procedures.
• Coordinate outside services and ensure regulatory compliance.
