Job summary

Guerbet seeks a Filling Setup Operator to prepare manufacturing equipment in an aseptic environment and ensure quality and safety in every batch.

You will set up filling equipment, monitor operations, perform in-process checks, and complete batch records in compliance with cGMP and GDP guidelines. This role requires attention to sterile technique, strong manual dexterity, and collaboration with maintenance and QA in a 2nd shift, Raleigh-based facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years’ experience as a Production Set-Up Operator in pharma manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of aseptic processing and cleanroom standards.
• Proficient with basic computer use and Microsoft Office.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure filling equipment for products per SOPs and GMP.
• Disassemble equipment as needed and troubleshoot issues.
• Operate autoclave and monitor filling processes.
• Complete batch records and deviation reports per cGMP.
