Inizio Engage is seeking a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative in Buffalo, NY to drive demand through clinical selling to primary care physicians and other HCPs. You will build relationships, deliver product and patient information, and achieve activity targets while collaborating with internal teams.

Travel up to 20% and a base salary range of $70,000–$90,000 with comprehensive benefits. This role emphasizes results, adaptability, and adherence to company policies in a dynamic healthcare

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Business-to-Business sales experience preferred.
• Comfort with Technology/Virtual Engagements.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of time.
• Overnight travel required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Drive demand through clinical selling and education to targeted Physicians and HCPs.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with HCPs (physicians, nurses, PAs, etc.).
• Deliver sales messaging and product information to targeted HCP offices.
• Achieve or exceed activity targets and meet compliance requirements.
• Complete administrative items daily and coordinate routing/call plans.
• Collaborate with geographic partners to maximize coverage.
