Job summary

Fagron North America is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, with a strong focus on cGMP and preventive maintenance.

The successful candidate will diagnose issues, repair equipment, and work with CMMS to manage work orders, spare parts, and coordination with Quality and other departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance).
• 3+ years in maintenance in regulated manufacturing/pharma environment (preferred).
• Knowledge of cGMP, FDA, cleanroom standards; experience with CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain plant equipment and building infrastructure per specifications and cGMP compliance.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test and adjust systems.
• Understand electrical wiring and installation; monitor BMS and environmental conditions.
• Interface with CMMS, manage spare parts inventory, coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
