Job summary

Fagron Sterile Services US (FSS) is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Technician to support our operations and production team. The role maintains facility systems, performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots equipment failures, and ensures safe, uninterrupted production.

You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building infrastructure tasks, maintain CMMS records, monitor BMS, and coordinate with vendors. A strong work ethic, problem-solving, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of utility or facility maintenance experience including skilled HVAC, electrical, and plumbing trades.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with competing deadlines.
• Establish priorities and work in an organized manner with emphasis on problem-solving, detail, and accuracy.
• Be responsive, quick-thinking, and anticipate and respond to issues.
• Ability to learn quickly and understand general instructions with minimal supervision.
• Able to interpret manufacturing and equipment manuals with drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility upkeep and repairs; preventative maintenance on equipment and building infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot system or equipment failures and repair issues to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain facility and equipment records in the CMMS to ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor Building Management System (BMS) and coordinate with environmental monitoring on issues.
• Respond to emergencies and summon additional assistance as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to schedule and complete repairs.
