Job summary

Fagron North America is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve the reliability and safety of a Canton, MA facility supporting sterile pharmaceutical production. The role requires hands-on mechanical/electrical skills, strong attention to detail, and adherence to cGMP standards.

Responsibilities include repairing equipment, diagnosing issues, coordinating with vendors, updating CMMS work orders, and maintaining inventory.

Qualifications

3+ years of maintenance experience in regulated manufacturing.
Working knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and cleanroom standards.
Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and equipment manuals.
Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and limited automation systems.
Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

Repair and maintain plant equipment and building infrastructure per manufacture specifications, SOPs in compliance with cGMP.
Diagnose problems, replace/repair parts, test and adjust as needed.
Maintain safe and clean facility and equipment.
Interface with CMMS and update work orders.
Maintain spare parts inventory and restock as required.
Coordinate tasks with vendor resources and internal teams.
Support Building Management System monitoring and environmental controls.
