Amentum is seeking a Facilities Maintenance/Operations Manager for our client site in the Greater St. Louis area.

You will direct a workforce of technicians and reliability professionals engaged in managing a pharmaceutical facility and ensure KPI’s are realized while maintaining client relations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent trade school credentials.
• 8+ years of facility operations and maintenance experience including 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Technical knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
• Demonstrated understanding of developing, managing, and improving KPI's.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the operation and ensure an accident-free workplace.
• Establish performance expectations and conduct performance evaluations.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop maintenance team members.
• Provide coaching to improve technical competency, safety awareness, and professional development.
• Maintain standards for data entry in CMMS.
