Job summary

STAQ Pharma, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations within a 503B pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will supervise Maintenance Technicians, schedule work, and ensure documentation and activities meet cGMP and safety standards.

You will coach staff, coordinate preventive maintenance, and serve as the first escalation point for issues. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment, cleanrooms, and facility

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical training preferred.
2+ years in lead or supervisory capacity in maintenance.
Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting abilities.
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and hazardous materials handling.

Responsibilities

Provide daily oversight, coaching, direction, and performance input for Maintenance Technicians.
Develop and maintain daily/weekly team schedules and monitor workload for cGMP compliance.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance; document work per SOPs and CMMS.
Lead safety initiatives and participate in incident investigations as directed.
Support audits by providing maintenance records and calibration documentation.
Manage on-site contractor coordination and multi-site facilities support.
