Job summary

Alcami Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure reliability and compliance of production lines and facility equipment for pharmaceutical packaging operations. You will lead line setups, changeovers, and downtime reduction, while developing Maintenance Mechanics and overseeing capital projects to meet regulatory, operational, and budget goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment, with pharma/cGMP experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
Minimum 1 year of pharma cGMP manufacturing experience.
At least 5 years in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Experience managing projects or leading teams is a plus.
Experience in pharma cGMP manufacturing, packaging, OSD or sterile settings.

Responsibilities

Oversee and execute line setups to ensure equipment readiness and cGMP compliance.
Manage batch and product changeovers to minimize downtime and maintain quality.
Coordinate response during interruptions, engaging technical resources to restore operations.
Ensure production, packaging, and facility equipment operate safely with minimal downtime.
Monitor performance and initiate corrective actions to improve reliability.
Collaborate with operations and technical teams to sustain a compliant production environment.
